Guest Speaker: Wayne Scott. Wayne’s made numerous trips to Namibia and he’s so willingly offered to come and share highlights from these trips and an awesome array of photos as well. Wayne was an ex deer culler here in NZ but his trips to Namibia have all had him shooting animals and magnificent scenery with the camera and spending time amongst the ever friendly locals.

In addition to the dinner and our excellent speaker, this evening is also a great chance to celebrate the successes of our members from throughout the year but most importantly, share in the wonderful camaraderie that always abounds on these evenings. It’s fantastic to hear more of the stories and experiences that have occurred over months, seeing people mixing and mingling and plenty of laughter for sure.

We have a property located at the end of Morrison Road on the outskirts of Paeroa. Our facilities include a modern clubrooms with kitchen and bar facilities, a running boar range for use with .22 calibre rifles, a 50 metre and 100 metre centerfire range, and traphouse with a DTL trap. The club also has a large number of traps that it uses for the many Sporting Shoots it hosts as well as for Corporate and Business House Shoots.
The Club runs a varied shoot calender throughout the year for rimfire, centrefire and shotguns, visitors and non members are most welcome.
